I forgot my password, how can I reset it?
Click on "Lost your password?" on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your account to receive a password reset link with instructions to set a new password.

I created an account, but I can't access advanced features. Why?
To ensure system security, new accounts are created with basic WordPress user permissions. Specific collaboration rights and resource access are assigned directly within individual projects.

Can I update my personal information or email address?
Yes. Once logged in, navigate to the "Profile" section in the top-right corner. From there, you can update your personal details and password.

I haven't received the confirmation or password reset email. What should I do?
Please check your Spam / Junk folder. If the email hasn't arrived after a few minutes, verify that your institution's email filters are not blocking messages from our domain, or contact technical support.
